As Seba Construction Joint Stock Company, our purpose is to inform you about the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the right to privacy, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698.

1) Data Controller

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, your personal data will be collected and may be processed by Seba Construction Joint Stock Company, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2) Purposes for Which Personal Data May Be Processed

Provided that it complies with Law No. 6698, Seba Construction Joint Stock Company may collect data in various categories depending on the services provided and the fields of activity engaged in, for use in company operations and transactions. The collected data is processed through automated or non-automated means, within the conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, for the purpose of ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals.

3) Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred — limited to the fulfillment of the purposes stated above — to Seba Construction Joint Stock Company’s business partners, shareholders, affiliates, persons or organizations as required by applicable legislation, legal and administrative authorities, and real or legal persons from whom we receive services, strictly within the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

4) Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject

Pursuant to Law No. 6698, you have the right to apply to our Company to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if your personal data has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad; to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated by law; to request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of any corrections made in cases of incomplete or inaccurate processing; to request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of its deletion, destruction, or anonymization when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if it was processed in compliance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation; to object to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages in the event that your personal data is processed unlawfully.

Method of Submitting a Request

Seba Construction Joint Stock Company reserves the right to amend this disclosure notice in accordance with any amendments to be made to Law No. 6698 and any methods to be established by the Personal Data Protection Board.
